Phone and online support

Many of us are experiencing uncertainty and anxiety during the coronavirus crisis. Many of us will be required to self-isolate for short periods while either we or someone else in our household experience symptoms. Many more will be deciding to self-isolate for longer periods of time because we are older, have underlying health conditions and/or are disabled. We have put together a list of organisations who are providing telephone support during this period. Please remember you are not alone and there are people who want to listen and support you.
