REACH - EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING

We are proud to be a NOMS-ESF funded employment support project, supporting women in HMP Foston Hall.

Our REACH Project Employment Advisor, delivered in partnership with Leicester and Rutland Probation Trust, is based in HMP Foston Hall. The project works with women on reducing barriers to employment, education or training on release. An action plan will be drawn up between the woman, her case manager and her offender manager, to work on issues she may have and barriers she may face to achieving her goals. The case management approach means that on release she can be transferred to a community case manager to continue with the work began in custody. There is also the opportunity for the woman to access support from mentors and peer mentors.
